This release fixes a privilege escalation security vulnerability in glibc ld.so ([CVE-2023-4911](https://security-tracker.debian.org/tracker/CVE-2023-4911)). In the Steam Linux Runtime, this vulnerability is mitigated by bubblewrap not allowing setuid executables to gain privileges, so ordinary uses of Steam for gaming are not vulnerable, as long as the host OS has been upgraded. However, Docker/Podman/schroot containers based on sniper could be vulnerable to this privilege escalation even on upgraded host systems, and should be upgraded if used in contexts where it is a concern.

* Fix a regression when using Flatpak with the Nvidia driver in runtime versions >= 0.20230919, where some games such as The Elder Scrolls Online would crash ([steam-runtime#624](https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-runtime/issues/624))
