In some older GLib versions, _srt_global_setup_sysroots() can emit a debug message (because it calls subprocesses) which by default corrupts our structured output on stdout. Redirect logging to stderr before this can happen. This fixes build-time test failures on Steam Runtime 2 'soldier' (and presumably Debian 10). Signed-off-by:
