According to steam-runtime#642, Clear Linux uses lib64 for 64-bit libraries (like Red Hat) and lib32 for 32-bit libraries (like Arch), and according to !645, Solus does the same. Give these their own directory scheme that is a mixture of Red Hat and Arch. Signed-off-by:
