Subject: [PATCH] docs: Clean up some leftover references to the unqualified
 SLR name

Compatibility tool 1070560 used to be named `Steam Linux Runtime`,
but is now `Steam Linux Runtime 1.0 (scout)`.
With the current naming, we should only say `Steam Linux Runtime` if we
are talking generically about the whole family of container-based
runtimes.
